The company was established in November 1979 by a group  of people, each with specialized knowledge and skill in electronics, computer and machinery. They together share an objective and honest zeal to devote in the development and advancement of "INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION" in Taiwan.

In the past 20 years, we have strived, been enlightened and attained confidence. We have been through some rugged challenge, though, in return, gained many valuable experiences and established mutual trust among our many talented employees within the company. Harmonization, Gratefulness and Everlasting Customer Service are our working faith. Our main business is to supply the world-famous CNC and automation products for machinery. We always make an effort to introduce the latest technologies.

Since the turn of the century, the company has been reorganized to establish a new department dedicated to the electronics business including Tablet LCD Monitor, GPS Tracking Devices , Personal Security and Location Awareness Products for general consumers to make people's life more convenient and safer.

To exploit the markets more effectively , USync has established the strategic relationship with several domestic and overseas companies.

In the near future , the company was expected to become a leader in providing cost effective computer peripheral, GPS and Wireless components.
